- All standard product orderswill be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding holidays);
- Custom-made productsare manufactured to order based on your specifications. The production time varies depending on the product type, complexity, and material availability. Once production is complete, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible;In case of unforeseen delays or force majeure, we will notify you promptly.
2.Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We choose the most appropriate shipping method based on product size and weight, including:
- International express (e.g., DHL, FedEx, TNT, SF Express)
- Sea/Air freight + local dispatch (for large construction materials)

3.Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, destination, and shipping method;
- For bulky construction items, self-pickup or third-party logistics may be arranged;
- For customized delivery solutions, please contact us before placing your order.
- Customs & Import Duties
- Import duties or taxes may apply based on Australian customs regulations;
- All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed;
- We can provide invoices and documentation for clearance but are not liable for customs delays or fees.
- Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- After shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number and linkvia email or SMS;
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurateto avoid delays or returns;
- Upon delivery, inspect the package. If damaged, take photos and contact us immediately.
- Failed Delivery & Redelivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, absence, or unreachable contact, we will arrange redelivery, with additional shipping costs borne by the buyer;
- Orders unclaimed for over 30 days may be cancelled without refund.
